Meet Keith
An operator, not a theorist.
I've spent my career where most people only end up once — in the middle of an insurance claim, a new technology, or a hard problem that needs a real solution. As a public adjuster I've handled more than 14,000 claims and seen exactly how the system works (and where it works against you).
Over my career I've founded and run a dozen companies — from an internet web-development firm (Powernet Partners) to a medical-device company (Balanceback) to an automotive e-commerce business (DealerStore) — some sold, some I've moved on from. Today I own five companies — a public adjusting firm, a litigation-support firm, a home-inventory app, a medical-device company, and an AI company.
I wrote Hurricane Proof to put what I know in homeowners' hands — and I speak and consult across insurance, AI, and health because the through-line is always the same: cut the complexity, take action, get a result.
